So you're stuck with your current version until (a) one becomes available OTA, (b) you have a very specific, already existing issue and (c) a computer module has been replaced. The dealer won't blindly update your vehicle w/o a specific issue being logged (stop/start behaviour is not a valid reason). I got the impression this is standard practice.
